So many great programs are happening this fall at DPT!

DPT is having a Tag Sale in the back parking lot this Saturday September 7th from 9am-2pm. Many items for sale. Come for a bargain, it is all priced to go!

Monthly Crystal Bowl Meditation is TOMORROW Friday September 6th at 5:30pm. Come to the most powerfully relaxing hour of your day, week or even month. Call to register now! (203) 630-3939. $20 with registration, $15 each if you bring a friend and $25 at the door.

Core Stabilization with Michelle begins Monday September 9th at 6:15pm. This is an all levels class that incorporates strengthening, toning, balance and stretching with special focus on your core. Since the class is taught by a Physical Therapist, you will get special attention to posture and alignment while having fun! This hour long class is ongoing and is $15 to drop in, $50 for a 5 class card and $100 for 11 classes. Call to find out more (203) 630-3939.

Yoga begins next Wednesday Sept 11th at 7pm. Join Karen for InnerGarden yoga. This is an all levels class that both beginners and advanced student will enjoy. $15 per class to drop in, $60 for the 6 sessions from 9/11 to 10/16. $10 per class for seniors. Belly Dancing with Maroznia is ongoing. Technique class is held Tuesdays at 7pm. All ages, sizes and backgrounds are welcome to the class. Learn posture, rhythms and basic Middle Eastern movements. Call Maroznia for more information (203) 639-8266.
