Diversified Physical Therapy announces Decoding Food Labels: Don't Judge Food by it's Label presented by Joanne Hoffman, MS and owner of Eats 4 Life-You Are What You Eat on Tuesday January 15, 2012 at 5:30 pm. Joanne has a Masters Degree in Human Performance and is the Nutritionist at Yale New Haven Hospital's Cardiac Rehabilitation and has also worked as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehabilitation. She brings a variety of visual aids to learn everything there is to know about a food label. Register Early and start the New Year off on the Right Meal-only the Right Refreshments will be served. $20-registration fee.
