Core Stability Class at Diversified P.T.

Diversified Physical Therapy is offering a Core Stability class. This exercise class targets strengthening of the abdominal muscles. Balance, posture, education and endurance are an integral part of the class. You can to your own pace and increase the difficulty, as you are able. This ongoing, hour-ling class meets on Mondays at 6:15pm. $12.00 drop in or class cards available. Taught by Michelle.
