Lori Francis Joins Calcagni Associates

Lori is a full time REALTOR who specializes in seller and buyer representation, along with assisting first-time homebuyers. She is a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors."We are thrilled to welcome Lori to our Southington office. She makes a great addition to our Calcagni family," said Steven Calcagni.

Lori resides in Southington with her husband and two children. She has a degree in Elementary Education from Green Mountain College in Vermont, and spent 16 years as a preschool teacher, daycare director and eventually owner of a successful daycare facility. "As the Director of a very large childcare center, I developed lasting relationships and being well organized and attentive to detail are qualities that not only helped me run the daycare successfully, but are qualities that now make me successful as a Realtor and a mom."

Following a family tradition led Lori to embark on a career in Real Estate, "I have always had a passion for Real Estate and love working with people, and therefore always knew that being a Realtor was where I would ultimately end up. Having grown up with a mother who was in real estate, I spent countless hours with her looking at homes, attending open houses and witnessing how a family reacted when they found �their dream home'. Today, those memories still make me smile and I love that my children will have the chance to experience the magic of real estate - and what it means to my clients - the way that I did."
