Art Mollengarden of Orange has been named Director of Business Information. He will oversee the development of the agency's website. Upgrades are planned that will enable transactional aspects of buying and selling to occur online. Additionally, buyers and sellers will have the ability to track and monitor the progress of their purchase or sale through the website. Mr. Mollengarden is a graduate of the City University of New York with a degree in Marketing Management. Previously, he served in various posts for the Greater New Haven Association of Realtors. Calcagni Associates is a diversified real estate agency offering residential properties, new construction and commercial properties. Their services include market analysis, appraisals, residential foreclosures, property management and relocation services.
