Steve Calcagni, President of Calcagni Associates, announced that Gloria Valentino of Wallingford has recently joined the real estate staff of Calcagni Associates in the Wallingford office. Ms. Valentino will specialize in residential sales. She is a member of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors. She has been a licensed realtor since 1996, and has been associated with the South Shore Board of Realtors in Massachusetts. Ms. Valentino also received a special designation for her service there. Also, Calcagni Associates was named as a top 300 residential real estate agency in North America in 1999 by the National Relocation and Real Estate Magazine. Their services include market analysis, appraisals, residential foreclosures, property management and relocation services. Calcagni Associates is located at 1035 North Colony Road in Wallingford, They also have offices in Cheshire and North Haven.
