Preferred Employer Incentive Program at Meriden Commons

We recently had a tour of Meriden's newest apartment building called "Meriden Commons" at 161 State Street and it is absolutely beautiful. Meriden Commons (MC), featuring both affordable and market rate units, is currently offering a preferred employer incentive program by offering employees $100 off their first month's rent. MC would like to add local companies that are members of the Midstate Chamber of Commerce to their list of preferred partners! MC is striving to service more Meriden locals within the area.
