BL COMPANIES CELEBRATES ESOP MONTH

BL Companies recently celebrated "ESOP Month," a month-long internal event to honor the company as an employee-owned company. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) month is an opportunity for ESOP companies across the United States to educate employee owners and the public about the tremendous benefits of employee stock ownership plans.Some of the festivities at BL Companies included events to recognize employee owners, photography and trivia contests, a Halloween party for the children of employees and donations to local charities such as the Meriden Humane Society.
