Steve Stairs of Wallingford was the grand prize winner in the Record-Journal/WWF's Superstar Contest, announced Judy Cruz, Classified Telephone Supervisor. Mr. Stairs won four seats to the Raw Is War event at the Hartford Civic Center and a Superstar Gift Package. The winning entry was selected at random from all entries during the contest period, according to Ms. Cruz.
