The Four Points by Sheraton Meriden-Wallingford was recently sold to a New Jersey hotel management and invest�ment company for $10 million. Welcome Hospitality bought the Four Points last week from Meriden Hospitality LLC, a New York City equity partnership with Amerimar Enterprises.Starwood Hotels, the parent company of Sheraton, has approved the sale and it will remain a Four Points by Sheraton. The new owner, Welcome Hospitality, owns and manages 11 hotels on the East Coast. The new general manager is Yogi Kumar. Renovations will include changes to the lobby, expanding the ballroom and changing the restaurant. The new eatery will be called Yogi's All-American Grill & Sports Bar.
