Dr. Armando Rafael is pleased to announce that he and his staff have moved to a new location to serve their clients. Not far from their former location in Centennial Plaza, they have moved their offices to the new Castle View Plaza at the corner of West Main St. and Centennial Ave. The new address is 512 West Main Street. The contact numbers remain the same: phone - 203.235.2015; fax - 203.238.1432. Their hours are: Mondays 9-7; Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10-5; Thursdays & Fridays 9-6 and Saturdays 8:30-1. Stop in and check out their new space!
