Home Store Real Estate Celebrates 10th Anniversary!

The Home Store Real Estate recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, announced Joe Criscuolo, owner/broker. Encouraged by past and present clients, Joe left the corporate real estate world in December of 2007 to open up his own company to specialize in providing the best hands on service available. He was told that he would be back. That never happened. The "Great Recession" occurred but that did not deter Joe. The New Haven/Middlesex Board of Realtors shrugged and wished him luck. Despite recent hikes in the borrowing interest rate and Connecticut's lackluster economy, The Home Store Real Estate grew and thrived year after year. A huge thank you goes out to all the loyal clients and their referrals. Involvement in the Midstate Chamber of Commerce for several years has also played a role in The Home Store's success. The company is very excited about expectations for the 2018 market with the first transaction coming on January 3rd! The Home Store covers most of Connecticut. Joe achieved 42 of his own transactions in 2017 and with over 90 in the past 2 years. He is ranked among the top 5% of Realtors in the State. Joe is a former recipient of the "Connecticut Realtor of the Year" award and has received the "Five Star Real Estate Agent Award" 8 years in a row by Connecticut Magazine. Criscuolo has a long list of appointments and awards dating back to 1975. He is active in his local community, currently serves as an Ambassador for the Midstate Chamber of Commerce and has a huge love and compassion for all the neglected and abused animals in Connecticut and the world.
