The Home Store Real Estate Celebrates 5 Year Anniversary

The Home Store Real Estate recently celebrated its 5th anniversary, announced Joe Criscuolo, owner/broker. Besides Criscuolo, team members include Robert Lunney, Jr., Dean Stone, Carmen Y. Chaparro, Nicole Cammack and new member Karen Carabetta."2013 is already starting out at a record pace. Mortgage money is easier to obtain and home prices continue to stabilize," said Criscuolo. Joe has been a Realtor for 37 years and is a consistent Top Producer with over 226 of his own transactions in the past 5 years. He was named a 2011, 2012 and 2013 FIVE STAR Real Estate Agent by Connecticut Magazine. Criscuolo is a former Board President, Regional Vice President, State & National Director, State Professional Standards and Legal Affairs Chairman of the Connecticut Association of Realtors. He is a past recipient of the "Connecticut Realtor of the Year" award out of 12,500 members. Joe has strong community ties and currently serves as Director and Ambassador for the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce and is a past President of The Meriden Humane Society.
