The Home Store Real Estate Celebrates 3rd Year Anniversary

There's still no Real Estate Recession at this Company. Business is booming with several millions in sales for 2010. The Home Store Store's main office is in Wallingford and is involved with listing and selling Real Estate throughout the State of Connecticut. The Home Store Real Estate recently celebrated its 3rd anniversary, announced Joe Criscuolo, owner/broker. The other Team Members are Robert Lunney, Jr., Dean Stone, Carmen Y. Chaparro and Nicole Cammack.According to Criscuolo, "A home is still a good investment. Research recently completed by the National Association of Realtors confirms that a typical seller who purchased their home 8 years ago still experienced a 24 percent increase in their property value while sellers who were in their homes for 11 to 15 years saw a median gain of 40 percent.
Joe has been a Realtor for 35 years and is a consistent Top Producer with 43 of his own closings last year. Criscuolo is a former Board President, Regional Vice President, State & National Director, State Professional Standards and Legal Affairs Chairman of the Connecticut Association of Realtors. He is a past recipient of the "Connecticut Realtor of the Year" award out of 12,500 members. Joe has strong community ties and currently serves as Director and Ambassador for the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce and is a past President of The Meriden Humane Society. Criscuolo is also a Certified Residential Appraiser who owns and operates Advantage Appraisal Company of Meriden and Wallingford.
