Take a break from your busy life and find time for tranquility and well-being. If you've been wanting to try yoga but don't know where to start, this is the perfect class for you. Discover the joy of yoga by learning the basics of proper breathing and basic yoga poses. This beginning yoga class combines a gentle flow with attention to matching the movement of the body with the flow of breath, which will allow you to experience a gentle and slow release of the body and a stilling of the mind. This class is designed to revitalize your body, increase flexibility and energy, relax your mind, and reduce stress. Bring your body, your mat, and be prepared to leave feeling WONDERFUL! The Class Runs for 8 Weeks: Mondays - Sept. 10, 2007 - Oct. 29, 2007 from 6:30 - 7:45 pm. Prepaid - $80.00 for all 8 classes or Drop-in - $12.00 Per practice.
