Harvey Criscuolo, the manager of Century 21 Apple Valley Properties, Inc., announced that both Lenny Bonaiuto and Carolyn Bonaiuto, father and daughter, were named Top Producers of the Meriden office in 1999. Lenny Bonaiuto was the Top Overall Producer for the Meriden office and was named a Century 21 Centurion. This program recognizes and rewards achievements of Century 21 agents. He qualified for this award by closing 60 sales transactions in the calendar year. Carolyn Bonaiuto was named the top listing agent for the Meriden office and was named a Century 21 Gold Associate. She received this designation by closing 40 sales transactions in the calendar year. Both father and daughter were recognized at a special company awards ceremony and dinner. Century 21 Apple Valley Properties, Inc. is located at 477 South Broad Street in Meriden.
