HISTORIC REHABILITATION
Special care and expertise must be applied to the rehabilitation of historic structures when encountering antiquated and potentially hazardous building materials and bringing the structure up to current building standards without compromising its integrity. LaRosa has successfully completed projects where either the building was listed on State and/or National Historic Registers, or the project was within a historic district.

SERVICES
General Contractors
LaRosa Building Group (LBG) is employed directly by a client to build a project that has been designed by an Architect or Engineer.
LBG will assume complete construction responsibility, hire and pay all sub-contractors, ensure plans are adhered to and building codes are met, coordinate schedule and budget, and deliver a complete project.
Construction Management
LaRosa Building Group (LBG) is selected at the same time as the design team to assist in the development of the design documents to achieve the budget set forth by the Client.
LBG will work with the Client to select the trade contractors, develop the budget, maintain the schedule, and construct the project safely with excellent quality.
LaRosa Building Group (LBG) taps the experience of our in-house design team (or retains suitable design professionals, if needed) to develop, design, and construct a project.
Working as an integrated part of the Client's team, we take responsibility for all facets of the design and building process, ensuring safety and excellent quality.
